Delivery using DPD courier services is available only to countries within the European Union. The delivery cost is €9 (price may vary based on the weight of the package). The delivery time to EU countries is 3-9 working days. For shipments to Latvia and Estonia, the delivery time is 2-3 working days.

Fast delivery within 1-5 days using DHL courier services is available to all countries. The delivery cost is €19 (price may vary based on the weight of the package).

DHL Global Forward Mail allows products to be delivered to all foreign countries. The delivery time depends on the chosen country where you want to receive the products. For shipments to EU countries, the shipping period is from 7 to 14 working days after payment is received. For shipments to other foreign countries, the delivery period is from 7 to 25 working days. Shipping costs to all countries worldwide depend on the destination and the weight of the package. All shipments are sent as registered, priority mail. How to Use:
Important: Gently massage the sachets before opening to ensure the product is evenly mixed.
Lash Lift Instructions:
- Clean lashes thoroughly and apply Lash Lift Shields to the eyelids.
- Apply a small amount of Lifting Cream from the root to mid-length of the lashes using a microbrush or applicator.
Processing times:
Very fine to fine lashes: 4–5 minutes
Normal lashes: 5–6 minutes
Stiff lashes: 6–8 minutes
- Remove the cream with a dry cotton swab using the rolling technique, avoiding the tips.
- Continue with Step 2: Neutralizing Lotion.
Brow Lamination Instructions:
- Discuss the client's desired brow shape and ensure brows are suitable for lamination.
- Clean brows thoroughly with an oil-free makeup remover and dry them well.
- Comb brows into the desired direction using a spoolie.
- Apply a thin layer of Lifting Cream with an applicator to set hairs and soften curly texture.
Processing times:
Very fine eyebrow hairs: 3–4 minutes
Normal eyebrow hairs: 5–6 minutes
Thick eyebrow hairs: 6–7 minutes
- Remove the cream with a dry cotton swab.
- Continue with Step 2: Neutralizing Lotion.
