Brow Lightener (ST01) – Neutral Beige

A neutral, sandy-toned modifier specifically created to lighten eyebrow pigments. The number of drops used depends on the desired level of lightening. Mix up to 50% with brow pigment to soften and reduce the overall tone. Ideal for use with oily skin to help set pigment – just add 1–2 drops.
Note: Not recommended for use with warm pigments.
