Seller and dispatch origin

Products ordered on bvshop.com are sold by UAB Target Group. Orders are dispatched from Olandu street 19-1, Vilnius, Lithuania. If a product is dispatched by a named fulfilment partner or from another country, this will be disclosed on the product page or before checkout.

The BVShop team will send products to any corner of the world for You. Delivery costs depend on the selected location where you want the products to be delivered, as well as the shipping method chosen.

Order processing

Orders may be placed at any time. Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding Lithuanian public holidays. The normal handling time before dispatch is 2-3 business days. Handling time is separate from carrier transit time.

Delivery to the Netherlands

Available shipping methods and the exact cost are shown after the customer enters a Netherlands delivery address
and before payment. For a standard small parcel, current methods may include:
DPD: from €9; estimated transit time 3–9 business days
UPS Saver: from €9; estimated transit time 3–8 business days
DHL Economy Select: from €10; estimated transit time 3–8 business days
UPS Express: from €18; estimated transit time 1–5 business days
DHL Express Worldwide: from €19; estimated transit time 1–5 business days

Rates can vary according to parcel weight, dimensions, product type, and destination. The checkout price is the final shipping charge. We do not add undisclosed handling fees after checkout.

Standard shipping is free for qualifying orders over €290. Studio furniture is excluded from this offer, and its shipping price is shown separately before payment.

• Delivery via DPD Courier (to EU countries)

Delivery using DPD courier services is available only to countries within the European Union. The delivery cost is €9 (price may vary based on the weight of the package). The delivery time to EU countries is 3-9 working days. For shipments to Latvia and Estonia, the delivery time is 2-3 working days.

• Delivery via DHL Courier (to any country in the world)

Fast delivery within 1-5 days using DHL courier services is available to all countries. The delivery cost is €19 (price may vary based on the weight of the package).

• Delivery via UPS Courier (to any country in the world)

Fast delivery within 1-5 days using UPS courier services is available to all countries. The delivery cost is €19 (price may vary based on the weight of the package).

• Delivery via DHL Global Forward Mail (to any country)

DHL Global Forward Mail allows products to be delivered to all foreign countries. The delivery time depends on the chosen country where you want to receive the products. For shipments to EU countries, the shipping period is from 7 to 14 working days after payment is received. For shipments to other foreign countries, the delivery period is from 7 to 25 working days. Shipping costs to all countries worldwide depend on the destination and the weight of the package. All shipments are sent as registered, priority mail. Once your shipment is sent, we will provide you with a 13-digit tracking code. You can always track your shipment by entering this code at the following link: DHL Tracking

Orders are accepted 7 days a week but are processed only on business days.

Reminder:

- Shipments sent to countries outside the European Union must be declared. This requires providing information about the contents and value of the shipment.

- Shipments sent to countries outside the European Union are subject to customs clearance. This is done by providing documents that confirm the purchase of goods and other necessary documents specified in the customs declaration. The customs fee depends on the value of the goods and the tax rate of that country.

- During the holiday season, delivery times may be longer than usual.

Reminder:

If you are away when your shipment is being delivered, the courier can leave it with any family member or person present at the address you provided. If you notice that the package is damaged or shows any defects upon receipt, please check the contents in front of the employee immediately. If the contents of the package are damaged, you must report this damage to the employee, who will confirm the damage to the package contents. If you do not register this damage, you will not be able to claim a refund for the package that was damaged by third parties and not due to the fault of UAB "Target Group."

Tracking and delivery

When tracking is available, the tracking number is sent after dispatch. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by holidays, severe weather, customs, or other events outside the seller’s control.

Please report visible transport damage promptly to support@bvshop.com and include photographs of the parcel and product. Prompt reporting helps us make a carrier claim; it does not limit the customer’s statutory rights.
