- Delivery via DPD Courier (to EU countries)
Delivery using DPD courier services is available only to countries within the European Union. The delivery cost is €9 (price may vary based on the weight of the package). The delivery time to EU countries is 3-9 working days. For shipments to Latvia and Estonia, the delivery time is 2-3 working days.
- Delivery via DHL Courier (to any country in the world)
Fast delivery within 1-5 days using DHL courier services is available to all countries. The delivery cost is €19 (price may vary based on the weight of the package).
- Delivery via UPS Courier (to any country in the world)
Fast delivery within 1-5 days using UPS courier services is available to all countries. The delivery cost is €19 (price may vary based on the weight of the package).
- Delivery via DHL Global Forward Mail (to any country)
DHL Global Forward Mail allows products to be delivered to all foreign countries. The delivery time depends on the chosen country where you want to receive the products. For shipments to EU countries, the shipping period is from 7 to 14 working days after payment is received. For shipments to other foreign countries, the delivery period is from 7 to 25 working days. Shipping costs to all countries worldwide depend on the destination and the weight of the package. All shipments are sent as registered, priority mail. Once your shipment is sent, we will provide you with a 13-digit tracking code. You can always track your shipment by entering this code at the following link: DHL Tracking

Orders are accepted 7 days a week but are processed only on business days.

- Shipments sent to countries outside the European Union must be declared. This requires providing information about the contents and value of the shipment.
- Shipments sent to countries outside the European Union are subject to customs clearance. If you are away when your shipment is being delivered, the courier can leave it with any family member or person present at the address you provided. If you notice that the package is damaged or shows any defects upon receipt, please check the contents in front of the employee immediately. How To Use:
- Cleanse thoroughly: Use Dyōtics Skin Prep Lotion to clean and degrease the brows. For best results, ask clients to exfoliate at home before the appointment.
- Mix the henna: In a small mixing bowl, combine 1 scoop of henna with 12–15 drops of warm to hot water. Use the included pipette for precision.
- Apply the henna: Apply the mixture gradually using the double-sided brush. Create crisp lines. If needed, clean up mistakes with Dyōtics Tint Remover.
- Set time: Leave the henna on for at least 20 minutes. For a natural gradient effect, remove the front part of the brows after 5–10 minutes.
- Remove: Gently remove the henna using a damp cotton pad. No need to scrub—Dyōtics Henna stays soft, making removal easy.
