The BVShop team will send products to any corner of the world for You. Delivery costs depend on the selected location where you want the products to be delivered, as well as the shipping method chosen.
Order processing
Orders may be placed at any time. Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding Lithuanian public holidays. The normal handling time before dispatch is 2-3 business days. Handling time is separate from carrier transit time.

Delivery using DPD courier services is available only to countries within the European Union. The delivery cost is €9 (price may vary based on the weight of the package). The delivery time to EU countries is 3-9 working days. For shipments to Latvia and Estonia, the delivery time is 2-3 working days.
- Delivery via DHL Courier (to any country in the world)
Fast delivery within 1-5 days using DHL courier services is available to all countries. The delivery cost is €19 (price may vary based on the weight of the package).
- Delivery via UPS Courier (to any country in the world)
Fast delivery within 1-5 days using UPS courier services is available to all countries. The delivery cost is €19 (price may vary based on the weight of the package).
- Delivery via DHL Global Forward Mail (to any country)
DHL Global Forward Mail allows products to be delivered to all foreign countries. The delivery time depends on the chosen country where you want to receive the products. For shipments to EU countries, the shipping period is from 7 to 14 working days after payment is received. For shipments to other foreign countries, the delivery period is from 7 to 25 working days. Shipping costs to all countries worldwide depend on the destination and the weight of the package. All shipments are sent as registered, priority mail. Reminder:
If you are away when your shipment is being delivered, the courier can leave it with any family member or person present at the address you provided. If you notice that the package is damaged or shows any defects upon receipt, please check the contents in front of the employee immediately. If the contents of the package are damaged, you must report this damage to the employee, who will confirm the damage to the package contents. If you do not register this damage, you will not be able to claim a refund for the package that was damaged by third parties and not due to the fault of UAB "Target Group."
Tracking and delivery

RefectoCil Classic Eyelash Lift Kit is a professional lash lifting kit for a naturally curled, lifted lash look. Designed for salon lash lift treatments, it shapes natural eyelashes so they appear longer and fuller while creating a more open-looking eye area.
The keratin-infused Brow & Lash Perm formula and Neutralizer work in two timed stages: 6 minutes for the perm solution and 4 minutes for the neutralizer. The Classic lifting effect can last up to 6 weeks, depending on the individual lashes and their growth cycle.

How To Use
- Prepare the lashes. Remove contact lenses, cleanse the eye area with micellar makeup remover and saline solution, then gently dry and brush the lashes.
- Choose the pads. Select XS, S, M or L Classic Lifting Pads according to lash length and the desired curl.
- Position the pads. Apply Classic Glue to the back of each pad, allow it to dry briefly and attach the pad to the eyelid.
- Arrange the lashes. Apply glue to the front of the pads and fix the lashes in a neat, separated position.
- Apply Brow & Lash Perm. Process for 6 minutes, then remove as directed in the enclosed instructions.
- Apply Neutralizer. Process for 4 minutes and remove according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Tint if required. Compatible RefectoCil lash tint can be applied directly on the pads after lifting for 2 minutes. Tint and developer are sold separately.
- Finish the treatment. Remove any tint and the pads with a damp cotton pad. Follow the enclosed professional instructions and product precautions.
