Delivery using DPD courier services is available only to countries within the European Union. The delivery cost is €9 (price may vary based on the weight of the package). The delivery time to EU countries is 3-9 working days. For shipments to Latvia and Estonia, the delivery time is 2-3 working days.

Fast delivery within 1-5 days using DHL courier services is available to all countries. The delivery cost is €19 (price may vary based on the weight of the package).

DHL Global Forward Mail allows products to be delivered to all foreign countries. The delivery time depends on the chosen country where you want to receive the products. For shipments to EU countries, the shipping period is from 7 to 14 working days after payment is received. For shipments to other foreign countries, the delivery period is from 7 to 25 working days. Shipping costs to all countries worldwide depend on the destination and the weight of the package. All shipments are sent as registered, priority mail. Professional Lash Lift Instructions:

- Choose Pad Size: Select S, M, or L pads based on desired curl.
- Secure Lifting Pad: Apply glue to the back and wait ~15 sec before attaching to the eyelid.
- Secure Lashes: Glue lashes onto the pad using sweeping motion with the rosewood stick.
- Apply LashPerm (Step 1): Leave for 8 minutes.
- Apply Neutralizer (Step 2): Leave for 5 minutes.
- Optional Tinting: Tint lashes with RefectoCil eyelash dye for added depth (leave for 2 mins).
- Remove Pads: Gently clean the area with damp cotton pads until all glue is gone.
- ⚠️ Allergy Test Required: Apply a small amount of LashPerm and Neutralizer behind the ear or elbow 24 hours before use.
